Individual therapy

Individual therapy is the therapy conducted between the psychologist and the patient, who faces feelings of:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Panic
  • Phobias
  • Grief
  • Chronic physical conditions
  • Chronic pain
  • Eating disorders

It aims at achieving the individual therapeutic goals.

The therapist surrounds the patient with empathy, understanding and accepts him/her without judgment in order to help him/her promote mental well-being after having become aware of the distorted views created and by adopting techniques that help him/her cope with them.

An individual session lasts for 50 minutes and is conducted on a weekly basis.
